Watermans is a refined dining destination located at the base of Renzo Piano’s One Sydney Harbour building in Barangaroo, designed for The Bentley Restaurant Group in collaboration with Pascale Gomes McNabb. Offering Eastern Mediterranean dining, the project brings together Australian design, craftsmanship, and hospitality within a warm and intimate interior setting.

The interiors are defined by a grounded material palette that leans into texture and softness, creating an atmosphere of effortless warmth. A carefully layered lighting scheme plays a key role in shaping the space, featuring Flask pendants by Edward Linacre, Shield wall lights by Henry Wilson, and Ava pendants by mi.ss.eu, each contributing to a subtle and considered ambience.
